      image I expected more from La-Z-Boy. I ordered two recliners in July 2023. I never received a call about delivery. I called the Humble store and was told I had to contact customer service. 8+ weeks later I finally got my chairs. One chair was not working upon delivery. I have been fighting to get it repaired since October 2023. Two repair appointments have been scheduled and La-Z-Boy has canceled or not shown up as expected. I would never recommend La-Z-Boy because the customer service is terrible. The stores are unhelpful after they take your money. Very disappointed.
