        I visited this store on two separate occasions, and Johnathan and Kay both provided excellent customer service and were very patient as Im slightly indecisive. The store was stocked with great options to choose from and clean as well!! Would highly recommend.

        I came to Exclusive today uncertain about the direction I wanted to go with selecting a sectional. Jon was very patient and informative to make sure I selected what will be ideal for my home.

        The first time I came, the sales reps were very welcoming. I was even served a drink. They help me find the furniture I was looking for. I decided to wait until I came back from a trip and place the order the following week. The next week I came back and the two sales reps were not there. I was greeted by a sales rep that wasnt helpful at all and a little snippy. I did not place my order and decided to buy from another furniture store. I love great customer service and will brag on any place that has it. However if the customer service is bad, I will never return.
