I purchased from Marcel on July 14, 2021; initially he appeared to be HONEST" knowledgeable and above board unlike most other used car salesmen. He stated that he was so confident in the mechanical condition of the car that he would supply me with a 30 day warranty to allow my personal mechanic to check the vehicle.The purchase process was easier than I expected a long distance internet purchase to be and Marcel promised that the customer service would be just as great after the sale!! Yes, the vehicle looks good; but, it is not in the excellent mechanical condition that he stated. He refuses to supply the maintanance reports he supposedly has and will not respond to my requests for assistance. He will not answer my calls and I have been forced to hire an attorney. My advice to perspective buyers is to quickly run away from this dealer!!

Ok this is an HONEST review. Mr Marcel is awesome.! Super friendly, accommodating & very professional. Now about the car I purchased. I paid 15,000 cash for a Range Rover & within a month had to put 2 tires on it (after being told they were new tires), a new radiator in it ($1,900.00), the headliner fell off off the roof ($800.00), then had to replace the air compressor & a shock ($2,400.00) & now timing chains are going which is $6,500.00. So I’m basically over $20,000 into a car that now has to be sold (which isn’t fair to someone else) or have a $6,500.00 repair.! JUNK .!!!!!! Needless to say I’m NOT HAPPY.!!!! Not that I plan to hear from him but he can reach me regarding this review at bhustler112 at yahoo

"This was the fastest and easiest car purchase I have ever experienced! Mr. Marcel was very knowledgeable about my dream truck I was interested in! He made my second car purchase stress free and now I have my low mileage Rang Rover I always wanted! Mr. Marcel was very professional, and easy to work with, he is truly the best- Although I have not met him personally because I live in Hammond, La but I stayed in Houston for 14 years and never experience this type of service before, he has been working with me over the phone and through text messages for the past 2 weeks! He has diligently responded to all my questions and concerns and has gone far above and beyond what anyone would ever expect from a dealership! Mr. Marcel has been nothing short of extremely professional and responsive! My dream truck arrived Friday night and looks fantastic- I will be referring friends to him, despite the fact he is out of state, and definitely plan to purchase all future vehicles from him! Recently purchased from Marcel at SC Sales and it couldn’t have been a smoother process. It was a out of town purchase and everything was done online and via phone and text. Marcel explained everything throughout the sales process and answered all my questions. He was very straightforward and accurate about the condition of my car. He provides photos and videos upon request to assure me of everything. He also got me in touch with financing as well as insurance and enclosed shipping. Buy confidently from Marcel.
