Staffs here are very insensitive and never call back. I have waited for days to hear from a nurse and I have called a total of 3 times in one day and get the same answer that the nurse is too busy to call me back. Dr Nickell is good but his staffs are gabage.

Very easy to talk to, explained problems and solutions in easy to understand terms. Honest and straight forward no white wash of causes of my symptoms.

I seen Dr. Champion who I would not recommend to anyone. I had to wait it seemed like forever while I could hear the doctors and nurses talking and laughing while I just sat there and waited. Finally he gave me some meds that didnt do anything to correct the problem at all. After I leave he calls me on my cell phone to come back and take some blood. They obviously need the money. I went to GNC and got what I needed to take care of my problem. They then started blowing my phone up to come back which I never will. Now after 4 months they send me a bill from a Dr. Tibbs who I never even saw or didnt do anything. When I called about it they said Dr. Tibbs is the supervisor. So now we are paying a supervisor of the doctors I guess. Terrible business practice.
