From the front desk to the COO Nancy have no business in patient relations. No one not even the doctor was willing to hear any time I needed to rebut what I was being accused the COO accused me of abusing a staff member 6 years ago and then expected me to shut up and go from there! She took the word of a staff member at her word. No proof or listen to the patients view point. When I insisted to straighten out the history with the truth she thought to end it and have me leave! I have never been so insulted in my life. Good riddance. If you are willing to walk on ice then this place is for you.

Ok, this was my first visit to this clinic. Right away, the front desk staff was rude and not interested in hearing me, they just want to collect the paperwork and most importantly the payment. The insurance rate mounts to $250/visit. Way too much for 15 minutes, no doctor visit is worth that much. However, the doctor was very nice and he listened to me and talked to me. The weakness of this clinic is the front desk staff.

I have recommended Dr. Alan Hananel to others. He is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous; he always makes me feel as though he is interested in understanding and addressing my medical concerns. Also, he has excellent bedside manners. Dr. Hananel is an excellent physician.

I have been treated for prostate cancer by Dr. Mineo and Dr. Patil at HMU, prostatectomy and radiation respectively, since late 2011. As a nine year survivor of a Gleason seven level cancer, I would recommend them to anyone.
