        The service is terrible. Multiple times I have used this place to rent a U-Haul and everytine I had some issue. The first time we didn't schedule a rental so we were turned away and told they had no trucks for us, and that we had to schedule with U-haul. After calling U-haul I was told they DID in fact have the truck we needed and that we could go to the place and pick it up (we never left the location and no new trucks arrived while we were there) then when we get back inside and the woman behind the desk had a nasty attitude.

        fast service and friendly staff. The guy loading the car hauler was fast and very efficient, plus he took the time to show me how to properly anchor my car
