Every time I come here everyone is polite and courteous. A few months ago I bought a new set of tires from Dale the store manager and he gave me a very fair price for them. about two weeks ago I got a flat that could not be repaired. Since I had purchased replacement certificates for each tire when I originally bought the new set I was able to get a new tire at no charge. Just this weekend I drove over something that demolished both tires on the driver side. I went back and got another two new tires at no charge, no complaints, no attitude, just the same great service. I highly recommend this location.

Honestly, not sure why they have two D.T. so close to each other (the other being on Westheimer), but I am not complaining because they are both great.
Staff are nice and professional, and they don't try to sell you things that you don't need like some other place (Firestone, for example). Highly recommended.
