Update: I am assuming Rob P. is no longer with this team, and it has become painfully obvious. I had a leak in a tire, brought the tire for repair, parked, the car, went out of town and returned and the same leak was there. I understand mistakes happen - and dont get me wrong, the guys are just as hospitable as before - but the lack of attention to detail has been prevalent more than once in recent visits. Hopefully, the service returns to its previous top-notch level, but it is just not there today. Listen, I dont know where yall found Rob P., but yall need to give that man a RAISE!! Ive visited this Discount Tire location more times than I want to admit over the last six months, and somehow Rob P. is always there (theres another gentleman whos been here a few times and is also crazy helpful, but dont know his name). Rob P.s customer service has been top-notch EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.! And this dude is so damn personable!! I could be in the worst possible mood and he always puts a smile on my face. Listen, Discount Tire, yall better be taking care of this man!! Best customer service ever, seriously!!

Highly recommend this location. I needed to get four new tires installed, along with an alignment. I ordered the tires online, as well as scheduled my appointment while placing the tire order. Everything was seamless. I was in and out in under 45 minutes. They made the entire experience very easy and efficient.
