Horrible!!!!! Customer Service should be priority! I requested business cards on line , store said they couldnt process them! They had a huge order already being process , it world be a 7 days till they could get to them ! Corporate needs to help this store !

Spent more then 30 minutes printing one email. The printer wouldn't take my debit card or my credit card so I had to purchase there store card. I purchased the exact amount but it wasn't acceptable by printer. I added 5 cents about amount then it worked. In other words Staples wants you put money on their gift cards to over pay the amount of actual costs. The likelihood of you using all the money is highly unlikely. Therefore your change will be left with them to keep. This is a SCAM! FIX COPIER TO TAKE EXACT AMOUNT...

An absolute joke. Bought $30 resume paper, proceeded to the printing station, and despite it being standard sized paperand multiple more than capable printers, was told you aren't allow to use your own paper... That I just bought a few isles over. Never again will another dime be spent here.

Jenifer, the manager of this store is so rude and didn't help me with my business cards...i placed an order a day before and everything was perfectly fine. The next day when it was time for them to be picked up they told us we were not able to print them out because the girl who submitted them didn't do the job correctly!!! and she told me i would cancel your order and go somewhere else!!!! Their employees should know what they are doing before submitting the order and this manager should be fired because she is careless and i felt she was racist and did not have any customer service ethics... I don't recommend this place to do any business cards
