I made a massive mistake on March 25, 2024, when I went to Staples on 4400 Belt Line Road to grab a giant mouse pad and pens. The cost should have been $19.43 with tax, but the cashier added $18.94. When I asked the night manager about the overcharge, they then CHARGED ME again $19.43, a total of $38.86, and I NEVER received my $18.94 credit.
If you need clarification, imagine how I feel trusting these Staple employees with my debit card.
Despite my efforts in contacting my bank and the store manager, I am still in the dark about the delay in my refund. This situation has left me feeling exhausted.
This is such an unnecessary review to write! I am so disappointed in the Staple location.

Shay, in the printing/shipping department, is amazing! She cares about the customer...always welcomes you with a smile. She takes time to explain things in detail when I ask questions & offers great suggestions. She does a fantastic job with printing, laminating, shipping, etc. She takes pride in her work and it shows. If you want good customer service for all of your shipping/printing needs then this is your place. Thank you Shay!!!

I was just there ,it's Saturday Feb 24 th 2:45 pm ,wanted a few copies on a bit heavier paper young man had nothing but attitude, I was so discussed with service I went to FedEx,I was treated there like a customer should.i hope someone hears my discuss n gives appropriate repercussions.
