My business partner and I own a limo service and looked at spaces to move our admin department to. Things were great and they were supposedly running some "pocket promotions" the gentleman Said. The guy was new having just started after what he Said was a rough time in the real estate industry. We looked at several options and He sends the quote with lease agreement the quote wasn't correct but understandable because there were a lot of different options we looked at. He tells us to fill it out so that qw have it on file just don't enter any payment info on final screen and he'll adjust the quote to the larger office vs 2 smaller offices. We did just that. I'm the AM he says " well that office was leased so we can't transfer you and you'll gave to stick with the 2 offices instead " Stick with? We never wanted 2 offices? But they say "well you signed the lease so that's what you have now" WOW this is how you do business? Turns out there was NEVER a 20% and the leasing agent runs a scam just like this to stick people I'm leases they don't want. Now they are suggesting we owe $9k even though it's not what wewanted, never took keys, never used anything for even 45 seconds because we didn't ask foe 2 offices and were tricked onto signing under the promise they'd correct the inaccuracies in the Am But it was all a lie.

Nice space, nice building, good views. The building/complex at the Colonnade is huge, so you need to know your way around. But the Spaces offices are nice and there's a good amount of common area. Rates can be high, but this is a good location with good wifi and modern feel. Lots of restaurants nearby. Garage parking not ideal, but still better than most. I did have an issue with billing once, and it took a few calls to get it figured out. But other than that, Spaces is a very good quality office. NOTE: Southlake location is nicer and easier to get in and out. Deep Ellum location has great views, but is not as convenient overall with separate garage parking. Addison is very central.

Been a couple of times now, and I enjoy the space. Is a bit loud at times, but nothing you wouldn't hear in a regular office. Staff is super friendly, and the view is great when you need to take a break. There's even a Cafe and convenience store on the ground floor. They will validate your garage parking pass.
