The people were very helpful in getting me through this process. The movers they sent were excellent!!. The took good care to wrap my furniture, protect my floors, walls and doors, and were professional. Excellent experience. UPDATE: I would never use them again. They took my poster bed and disassembled it futher in their warehouse. In the process they broke part of it. They stopped disassembling it and wrapped it all up. It was along time before I could get around to putting the bed back together after we moved in and thus did not discover it within their alloted time. They first refused to pay for it. Then after looking up the CEO 's email address and sending him an email, they agreed to pay for it, but only the weight amount, not near enough for repair. Then they said they would have a company contact me to arrange repair. But after weeks of waiting, nothing. I contacted them and they said the could not find anyone. I found someone with a simple internet search and had it estimated for repair, over $500.00. They agreed and then refused to pay. Since then they do not return emails. Had they not tried to disassemble my bed beyond the appropriate level, beyond what it was when i purchased it, none of this would have happened. DO NOT TRUST THEM, DO NOT USE THEM. You could get screwed like I did.
