The second floor climate-controled storage unit was clean and easily accessible. There were large dollies that made the move of larger items much easier. The elevator was large and clean. There were several layers of security (a pass key protected gate, a code protected door, a personal n al lock for the unit, cameras everywhere) that gave me confidence that my items were secure. The exterior of the facility is an attractive brick that gives another appearance of security and style compared to other sheet metal storage facilities. Update: I thought this facility was reasonably priced until my brother tried to rent the same size unit as I had just a few days later and was charged $50 more! Boo! I was embarrassed to have recommended it.

HAVE BEEN A TENANT FOR OVER 5 YEARS.TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT CURRENTLY THE MANAGER SARA IS RUDE AND VERY ABRASIVE IN PROBLEM SOLVING ISSUES. BATHROOM ALWAYS FILTHY, NO TOILET PAPER, NO AC, NO SOAP, NO HOT WATER. WE ARE IN A SEVERE PANDEMIC THAT REQUIRES SAFETY MEASURES AND IT SEEMS SARA DOESNT CARE ABOUT THE TENANTS HEALTH SAFETY. THERE IS 1 BATHROOM TO SHARE WITH MANY TENANTS AND AT LEAST WE SHOULD HAVE A CLEAN ENVIOREMENT. SEVERAL OF THE CURRENT TENANTS HAVE COMPLAINED AND IT DOESN'T SEEM TO HELP. SARA DOES WHATEVER SHE WANTS WITHOUT HAVING RESPECT AND CONSIDERATION FOR OTHERS.
