Food is good. Takes a little too long to get your food. They are too busy talking and figuring out who will clean what when they finish making sandwiches.

For my first time, it was amazing. My sub was very High Quality, customer service was very High Quality also. Very much so will be returning. Thanks, and keep up the great service

I shouldve walked right back out the door when I walked in, didnt feel clean at all. Both guys were on their phones, one texting leaning on the counter and the guy at the register was talking on the phone the entire time he was taking my order so to say the least customer service was garbage. Definitely will not be back.

Disappointed, I love firehouse subs but this location needs some improvements. The sub wasn't good and the staff can also use some work. Sandwich's were also soggy and the lettuce wasn't fresh.

It was my first time ever going to any Firehouse Subs and I wouldnt recommend to anyone, at least this location. I dont know how the other locations are. It feels like a picky subway. They wouldnt let me have pickles on my sandwich but could take off the onion. Everything is individually priced (Im good with that, just info). They took forever to get my order (1 med sandwich) and when I went to refill my soda, they were out of EVERYTHING and said they dont have ANY refills for the machine. He didnt even try, just brushed me off. Someone else had ordered mushrooms for their sandwich, paid extra for it, and when he didnt get them and asked for them, we all had to hear the disagreement and disrespectful conversation between the employees. Like shut up and give the guy what he paid for. Someone else ordered Mac & cheese and had to wait over 30 mins for it. She had already eaten her sandwich before she got it. I WONT be back any time soon. Not a welcoming place to have lunch!!!
