We put an order in at 1:36. We were there at 1:40, my wife told the lady at the front the name of the order. App said it would be done at 1:50. Here is the problem, our order was done at 1:45, and they didn't tell us, they put the order back on a rack behind the counter. So our food sat there until 2pm before I went in and asked when our food was going to be ready. Lady at the front was rude about it, she should be disciplined. Not only that, they got the order wrong. This is no lettuce

My husband and I love Firehouse Subs. This location did not disappoint. The manager was very nice and accommodating. Dining room was very clean. Our subs were prepared perfectly. If we are ever in the area we will be back.

One of our favorite sandwich shops. Something about steaming the sandwiches releases extra flavor in the bread and meats, making it a unique and tasty experience. Alway friendly service and clean restaurant. Today, we both the hook and ladder, but I got the salad and my wife the sandwich, both were excellent. I love that even though it's a sandwich place, they have good keto options.
