DONT NOT MOVE HERE! They never answer the phone. My ac unit has been broke since i moved in, they come “fix it”, it works for a day and stops working again. Bath tub is peeling. Only able to take showers. Maintenance is a joke! Save your money and time and move somewhere else.

DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!’ Yes the apartments are remodeled, however it’s not exactly like the pictures they show in the entrance and online . It’s mostly just the owners painting over the old walls and changing a few things to make it look “modern“, however you could see the defects under the paint . After moving in we noticed that when it rained the water would come in exposing the dips on the floor. Maintenance orders have been put out 3 times and still the office hasn’t attended the problem (almost a month waiting) Also if your upstairs/downstairs neighbor smokes be sure you will smell it in your apartment as well ! Since I been here they have had a mandatory walk in whit someone taking photos of your apartment.

I live here and I feel safe and it a place I can call home. Plus staffing in the office are very helpful.
