I received a call this morning cancelling my mole (skin cancer) consultation scheduled for Monday. I made this appointment over 5 months ago! I did not make any other appointments because I was referred. Now this has been cancelled, I will not be able to find a reputable surgeon this year. This is HORRIBLE service and I am incredibly shocked this is how you all do business as medical professionals. At the very least, your group should have provided another doctor that could see me. Instead I got "the doctor is not accepting new patients"; even though I made this appointment 5 months ago as a new patient which is what took so long to get in.  This is truly awful!  This has brought me to tears as I really wanted to avoid any delay of treatment.  Don't make an appointment, you may not get in and now I wouldn't even trust their ethics
