I suffered from a spinal hernia, near the tail bone. Surgery was a big no no, for me. I did everything I could to avoid it but when the pain became too much. I was referred to Dr. Navin Subramanian. When I say this surgeon Is awesome. He Is awesome. Honest and to the point. Super professional staff too. People you definitely want around you when you wake up from surgery. A very gentle and understanding team, they will guide you step by step. I have gone from feeling the worst pain Imaginable, one that I wouldn't even want my worst enemy to suffer. To finally being able to sit and walk without the knife stabbing pain I had before. I am so glad to finally be myself again. So thankful to have walked Into his office.

Update:
Dr. Navin Subramanian has great bedside manners and is a good doctor overall. Unfortunately, I spend more time with his assistant, Crystal Martinez, which is my main issue. To sum up my complaints, it's her inconsistency and lies. There's no point having her cell phone number, email, etc. if she won't communicate timely or effectively. It's been a constant cycle of false promises and wasted time. You don't have to lie. Just be frank and say you're not concerned or don't want to do something. I'm tired of begging her to do her job. I'll never return because I can't trust her to follow through on anything. If I can't trust my doctor then there's no point. The wait time is horrendous but there isn't anything that can be done about that. Good luck if you choose this practice.
I was referred to Dr. Navin Subramanian because I have spinal fractures. He has great bedside manners and his staff are always kind. The only two negatives are the office visit wait times and it's hard to get in contact with them unless you go in person. Even with an appointment you can expect a 30-45 min. wait to be seen. Otherwise no issues!

Dr. Subramanian is a kind and considerate doctor and surgeon! He takes his time during checkups and doesn't run in and out. He'll take as much time as needed to explain things throughly. His bedside manor is excellent during recovery. He's been my back doctor for ten years! His staff is respectful and professional. I highly recommend him!
