        My review is not based on care I received. It's based on not being able to make an appointment by phone or on their website. I followed the phone prompts to Make an Appointment-was routed to enter a destination # then hung up on. Tried CyfairMedicalPartners website - I searched by Name, Facility Name & using Zip code. Neither Dr. Bang nor Specialty Associates of West Houston was listed in the Search, and also did not show up when searched by zip code 77064, which is both the facility's zip code and my zip code. Called the office again and selected Front Office prompt, which took me back to the original greeting and menu. If it is this hard to contact you by phone or website, then I have no confidence in your practice providing me the service I need from a PCP.
