Have visited Dr Sanders more than several times over the last decade for repetitive stress injuries/carpal tunnel. He was able to address and fix (without surgery!) my carpal tunnel. My injuries were not painless to deal with but if you put in the work you get results. I have recommended him to others in the Hospitality field for repetitive stress and have only gotten great feedback from all referrals. I recommend him to others with assurance.

While I would absolutely recommend Dr. Chris Sanders, I had some issues with one of the therapists - Lauren. She was rather condescending. I have a rare condition that I was in the process of getting diagnosed and she was very dismissive. I primarily saw them for my back, but many times mentioned shoulder issues to her. She basically laughed them off and told me there was no way my shoulder was dislocating. Fast forward 8 months or so after I left and I was forced to have surgery because of the damage caused by these recurring dislocations. This surgery could have been completely preventable with therapy to tighten my shoulder. Once again, I would see Dr. Sanders again but I was not crazy about any of the therapists.

Had foot surgery (sesamoidectomy) in February 2018. Was doing physical therapy at another location, and, unfortunately, started experiencing significant knee pain. Started seeing Dr. Sanders in December 2018, and he immediately diagnosed the main problem as a weak hip. I went through an extensive rehab and PT program with Catalyst that put me back on track. I am happy to say Dr. Sanders and his team were able to get me back to performing at a high level and being pain-free. I can't thank him and Catalyst enough!
