i had to use them they stopped coming and it made my depression and anger come back i would not recommend them to anyone battling depression or anger

This is referring to true mental health Houston Texas, verry disrespectful no work ethics at all have no compassion for the clients they believe that we work for them and we set our schedule around them and they lie on clients, deceitful to clients very dishonest with clients very ghetto hood type atmosphere If you're looking for help this is not the place to go, they're there for a paycheck only Very Disrespectful to clients. Not all of them just a few.

This is not a place you want to work for. They put their employees in dangerous situations as well as not really providing the services they say they do to their clients. This place is more of an uber service for their clients.

This is a hostile work environment. The things they put people through are unforgivable and will be if not already, reported to the appropriate authorities.

I am a nurse with True Mental Health Services in our Houston, TX location. I can truly say I have been supported in an incredible way from day one. I was interviewed and hired by the Houston Director, Chanda Holmes, PMHNP at the end of September 2023. I trained for several days in San Antonio, and then started my regular days (Wed, Thur, & Fri) with our Houston location. I was only able to work until October 20, 2023 because I incurred a medical emergency and surgery on October 26, 2023. I was in regular contact with Chanda during my hospitalization & recovery. She advocated on my behalf along with our case manager Team Leads, that my position would be waiting for me upon being medically cleared to return to work on March 6, 2024. As a nurse for 10 years, it's not often that an employer has been so passionate and supportive of their team members as True Mental Health Services and Chanda Holmes have been. I would highly recommend working with this organization, not only because of the incredibly important work we do for our clients, but also because staff is very supported & valued.
