Called ahead to let this office know I was running 15 minutes late due to a train stopped on the tracks as I do not live near the office and did not want to drive all that way to be rescheduled. They seemed to be okay with it as long as I wasnt any later. 12 minutes after my appointment time they called to tell me Im 15 minutes over. I reminded them of the appointment time and that I was a few minutes away and that I should arrive exactly 15 minutes late as I told them earlier. They told me they would have to reschedule anyway. I work nights, need medication, and gave them a heads up so naturally I was frustrated. I called back to voice my frustration, I did not call the lady names or use bad language I just simply was stating my frustration that they shouldnt have waited until I got there to tell me they wouldnt accept my late arrival, and she hung up on me. They are now not answering their phone. Previously on another occasion I was waiting for results on a possible critical health condition and they forwarded their phones for 3 days to the assistants voice mail. They do not seem to care about their patients.

I had to fill out paperwork again when I got to the office because whatever I did on Zocdoc didn't transpose to their end. The assistant who saw me before Dr. McCain was efficient and friendly. Dr. McCain was easy to talk to. My only concern is that I have yet to hear back from their office about my prescription that was supposed to be sent to my pharmacy. It's been 5 days (as of this writing) since I was seen by the provider. I've left a voicemail and also sent them a message through their website inquiring about it's status.

Receptionist with the black hair is super rude and very racist towards Hispanics.

Doctor didnt really care to hear what we had to say and didnt want to listen. Never coming back.
