        I was suppose to be a new patient at this doctors office today. I scheduled an appointment for a well womans examine but before my appointment I became sick with sinus issues. I went in today and expressed I also wanted the doctor to look at my sinus issue. The young lady at the front desk said the doctor could only do one are the other. I couldnt believe it and on top of that the visit was $172. Then the lady tells me I had to pay $25 because I cancelled an appointment. I called and express to them that my flex card was not activated and when it was I would call back and set up an appointment, which I did.

        Dr. Pondt is the best. She really listens and offers solutions. She does not wait around to get you to specialists if necessary. I really can't wait to change insurance and have her as my doctor again.

        Dr. Pondt is AMAZING! Nothing less. Her visits are never rushed and she will literally sit down to take the time to understand you and your needs. It's important that you trust your physician and I can honestly say I trust her wholeheartedly. Some doctors require you to make separate appointments for separate issues you're facing. I went for a wellness exam but had been having issues with my skin. She addressed it immediately and I was so grateful as I was unable to get an appointment with my dermatologist. If I have a question, they always get back to me timely and one time, she actually called me herself. Talk about going above and beyond! If you're looking for a new physician, I highly recommend Dr. Pondt and her team.

        I booked an appointment with this location and the response that I received was so unprofessional. Not only was their service unorganized but the information that they were given was very unclear and inconsistent. Just a heads up , because I would think that a company that cares about your health would be helpful and organized and clear and consistent.

      A Well Woman Examine (WWE) is covered at 100% by the insurance company, if you have any questions, concerns, medications, referrals or are sick that is an office visit, your copay or deductible will apply, we inform every patient during the appointment process. We are contracted with the insurance companies, so we set the prices based on the insurance companies. We have a no show policy, we kindly ask that you cancel your appointment the day prior to the visit, we remind patients of the no show policy during every phone interaction regarding appointments. Every office has policies and procedures that they follow, we wish you the best in finding an office that fits your needs.

      We are not in network with all of the insurance providers, we are very happy and willing to discuss when any one calls for an appointment, we do our best to inform patients of their options if we are not in network. We care about the health of all patients, and if we are unable to provide the care due insurance limitations, we notify them, so that they are able to seek the in network provider to fulfill their medical needs.
