Me and my friend went there yesterday night and it was two women working. The short lady was real nice and friendly and the tall lady was so rude and she literally followed us around the store. Everywhere we went she went. I literally walked the whole store just to see if she would follow me and thats exactly what she did. I felt so uncomfortable and racially profiled. Ill NEVER go back to that place. E V E R!!!!!! Highly wouldnt RECOMMEND

I used to work for Cindies and apparently ive been banned from ALL STORES because and I quote from a manager named Whitney "of how you quit" ehen all I did was walk in the store and set my keys on the counter and walked out I have video proof and I didnt get anyones face in the video or anything but I am now banned from shoping there for what reason? I did nothing wrong.

Honestly I wish I could give it a zero stars. Very bad customers service from this store. Long story shot their system was having issues and my card was charged twice on top of the amount I had to pay in cash. We called the store to tell them what happened and how even after they had told us that my card wouldn't be charged and it still was the employees had no idea and just shoved the problem on to the manager. The manager was not a very friendly person and when we were trying to convey to her our frustrations it didn't really seem like she cared and was just trying to get us to leave. We had asked her if there is anything that she could do for us because of the aggravation that we went through and she only said I just gave you a refund and that's it. I was shocked by that because it wasn't a refund it was money that the store had stolen from me because I had to pay in cash at the end. So, it wasn't a refund it was me simply getting my money back that was stolen. I would not recommend this location. Overall, the manager is rude and the employees have no idea what they are doing.
