        You can't go to this store if you're not flying somewhere. Just drove 40 minutes and I'm turned away. They need to advertise that.

        Spans does not offer petites for shapewear making it impossible for a short person to use their product. Nor do they response to customers request for feedback. I've wasted hundreds of dollars trying to use their undergarments. I have repeatedly asked for a response from Spanx on these concerns but got none.
