So I called to confirm an early check in. I was called back and informed my room wouldn't be ready for the time I wanted to arrive, earliest was at 1pm. When I arrived at 1300 hours, I was told that it would be until 2pm before I was able to access my room due to cleaning staff... Sooooo WHY DID I CALL TO CONFIRM? Room was half cleaned, poorly, with no cleaning supplies...... But that's okay, I bleach down motels and hotels alike when I arrive. Then I called for possible amenities, the receptionist was RUDE!!! On my departure day, I called early, about 9:45 to request late check-out. Why does the front call me 40 minutes before my agreed extension to harass and complain that we are to leave, no extension should have been given... When we left, I went to see a friend who was also staying at the hostel.....that's what they act like it is ..... The owner I assume, followed us around saying eventually to leave because we already checked out. I mean really??? I can't be social? I will say this, this has got to be the ABSOLUTE WORST EVER experience at a lodge. Would not EVER return, nor suggest anyone, especially P.O.C. to EVER patronize such a deplorable and disrespectful organization/establishment (or lack there of)

very friendly staff at the reception the Hotel is small well located, although the entrance is not very nice but the stay for the price was very good the bed is large comfortable and it was super clean I liked the room with TV I recommend it. cleanliness is the most important
