Great time! Enjoyed and Friendly Staff! I'll be back for sure! Rooms: Decorated nice felt like I was in a tiny home! Bathroom was well great. I liked the Color and design. Very nice!

Love this place and everything about it! I'll be back, again and again! Rooms: Really well done, they're in the process of remodeling the whole place Nearby activities: Tons of food and shopping in walking distance 2 grocery stores and right next to nrg stadium Safety: I felt really safe and secure at this location Walkability: You can walk to so much stuff, the options are incredible, I even walked back from my dr appointment on Fannin at Smith tower Food & drinks: Too many to list probably 20 restaurants in a 2-3 block area

SAVE YOUR MONEY. I was at your hotel from Saturday, April 6 to Monday, April 8. My first issue on Saturday night was that the hot water was not working. Getting back to a hotel after a long day and being subjected to a cold shower is unheard of. Also, there were renovations taking place (which was not disclosed anywhere), so between that and low sound proofing, you could hear everything (including others slamming doors). Additionally, and most importantly, at around 11:30pm that same night, someone was able to use a different key card and open my room, while I was in bed! This is a MAJOR safety issue and I felt extremely unsafe for the remainder of my stay. Thankfully I had the foresight to put the top latch on the door, so whoever tried to enter was unable to fully open the door. But the fact that there was a second set of key cards that were programmed to open my door is absolutely unacceptable. I checked in alone, as a small-framed woman. There is no excuse for a man to be able to open my door. Thankfully, Sunday night I requested I be switch to a different room and that was done. I had no major issues that second night, other than still being anxious and fearful of someone else attempting to open my room door. But my experiences the night of April 6 were unacceptable. The hotel is quick to charge you $50 for incidentals upon check-in, but when they messed up BIG TIME, no compensation was offered.
