The customer service here is horrible. I brought in a piece of jewelry I found not knowing if it was real or not . I came in to get opinion the associate was going to give me $110 before testing the manger or keyholes whoever she was a heavy set lady very rude she said Ive been working here over 20 years I dont have to test something if i know its fake witch it is . Hmm excuse me maam as store manger my self thats not how you talk to someone . Especially infront of other customers thats not how you conduct business. With that nasty attitude you wont make any money in this store . Please give better customer service and maybe youll be more successful thank you .

They really have a bad habit of not calling their costumers before the due date of their payment and feels like they take it for themselves once you owe a little on it bad experience with the fat guy there i had called and he told me that I didn't have the payment till another day then I went and he said the item had already gone back and I missed the payment because he gave me wrong information.
