Went there to buy a coin this was a real nice coin. The bad I was only offered $15 per oz of silver on Morgan dollars and was told the toning was done with a chemical. I also asked about non slabed $5 gold pieces. 5 min later I was told they did not have them. The guy I was talking to did not understand the coins in their cases, and the charge me $1 more than the listing price for the coin I bought, I will find a place that is better.

We heard about US Coin and Jewelry from the Michael Berry show.
It is everything he said it was. We had some items to be appraised and made an appointment. When we arrived, we were greeted by a very friendly LO that opened the door for us. We were immediately seated in a semi private area and introduced to Keith. Keith was incredible. Super easy to work with, explained the process and then appraised to items we brough in. He gave us great instructions as to what to look for. We are so much more knowledable about our items. We had the option to sell as much or as little as we wanted to. We did sell a few pieces. The amounts were more than fair and we were paid on the spot. Working with Keith and interactions with other staff members was very positive. All were very friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the level of security. We felt very secure. All in all, we highly recommend US Coin and Jewelry. We will be back soon!

First time visiting this store from reading reviews. Went to sell three piece of gold. I cannot remember the name of the rep we encountered. He was friendly, but made an extremely low offer for the 14K gold. He indicated that he was offering 70%, but the math did not add up (It was really 62.7%). His scale was also off from mine about 1.3 gram. The place felt safe with a Police presence, but my overal impression is to avoid.
