        I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at World Market due to the extremely rude behavior of the manager, Elena. Despite being polite and respectful to her, I was treated with blatant disrespect. Not only did Elena shout at me over the counter in front of other customers and I was nowhere near her, but her behavior also displayed clear racial bias, as I observed her being very kind and accommodating to other customers of different backgrounds.It's truly disheartening to be treated this way, especially when I have always loved shopping at this establishment. It's a shame that the behavior of one individual can tarnish the reputation of an otherwise great shop. I hope the management takes steps to address this issue and ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve.
