Best Buy Home Furniture

When you enter business you get promises of a good customer experience but then you are lied to .. I went in to purchase a Bed Set and when I arrived home realized bed set would not fit, called store and spoke with Carla to cancel the sale . She said okay .. and confirmed the cancelation. come to find out she claimes she called me the next day for delivery of furniture which is NOT TRUE .. when you go and address the issue manager Nallely , she lies with Carla about sale and wanting to charge a restocking fee of over 600.00. This place is a Fraud place that sent synchrony finance a letter of lies of intent to deliver next day which never happened . Carla never canceled the sale and now they want me to pay 2000.00 when I never received no furniture .. Dont trust them with your personal information cause you never know the type of fraud they will do .

The staff is lazy, and disrespectful..We asked for a few minutes to just view the selection of furniture in the store..The young lady literally followed behind us the entire time like we were going to steal something..very offensive..

OMG! Beautiful and Quality Furniture at an affordable price. My sales person was Xenia and she was amazing so nice & friendly and very helpful. She answered all my questions and had me in and out ! I totally recommend Best Buy Home Furniture I will be going back to buy more furniture real soon.
