The FLOOR team expertly advised me, then measured, made and installed sea grass rugs under my Orientals three years ago and I love them. Last week Michael took my early-morning call and then talked my panicked son through what to do to remedy a dog mess on one, while we were out of town. And it worked! A great guy as well as a great and professional company.

Michael Baird @ Floor is not only one of the nicest humans but extremely helpful!! We wouldn’t have anyone else help us with flooring needs but him!! We have moved twice and he was there to help us fitting all our needs. Then “Snowvid” destroyed several rooms after the storm and he came to the rescue to help us put our home back together!! Michael and the team at FLOOR came through in a big way after the freeze required a full replacement of my hardwoods. Their installer was a true craftsman and took his time to make everything perfect. This is the second project they have worked on for me and they’ve earned a customer for life.
