      image Itzel is the dumbest associate I have ever encountered in my entire life. What a waste of life. She didnt let me return an item saying it was bought in a box and needs to be returned full box. The item is sold by item and not box and I showed her on the website too. I had to drive to another store and then they surely took the return with no questions asked or issues. I will definitely not come back to this store ever although it is so close to my house. Such poor customer service.
