Mr. Maltz answered my questions and concerns about my granite and when it is necessary to sealit. By taking the time to educate me on the properties of granite and various sealers I realized his sincere interest in helping his customers. I learned how to test my granite to see if sealing is necessary. If it does I will definitely contact Mr. Maltz again to provide this service. Thank you again for your time nd attention.

I hired Jerry as a consultant to oversee the removal, replacement & installation of a new shower floor which the original contractor/fabricator finally agreed to do, albeit 1 year & 4 months later. I believe their only incentive was that I had withheld payment for the shower floor. Jerry is extremely knowledgeable & takes the time to explain the issues & possible solutions in layman's terms. Because he is a licensed inspector & certified expert witness, I felt very confident in his recommendations. As a woman, I'm typically concerned when hiring a contractor or consultant that they will take advantage of the situation & not provide quality work or services. However, I found Jerry to be very honest, forthcoming & objective and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Jerry helped me hone my countertops to have the look I wanted. He made sure I understood what we were doing and took lots of time to make sure I was happy with the look. It was easy and I am so happy with the final product! He also helped me have a good plan for clean and care going forward. Would highly recommend!
