My husband hired this guy to do our floor and we left him a $3,000 deposit. It is now almost 3 weeks and he still HAS NOT REFUNDED US! Joe if you're reading this, please refund me so we can end this already!!!! What is taking so long?

Joe and Steve were a pleasure to work with. Joe was very knowledgeable and provided his expertise in finding the right solutions to refinish my floors. Stev was my go-to contact and he kept me updated every step of the way. The work was impeccable and I love my new floors.
