image My mom got foods poisson, also I gave her a pill before we went there, while the front desk lady was verifying my mom insurance, one nurse called my mom go in, after 1min front desk told me they don’t took my mom insurance due to her insurance goes through gold card. She said my mom still has her right to come here for treatment. So I ask how much do I need to pay. She said let the doctor check her first to see what is going on. After that I can decide if My mom want to get treat from them or not. Before that I don’t need to pay anything. So the doctor walk in, he did Not day anything and left. One nurse walk in said doctor can’t tell anything, only if they took my mom blood for testing. So we decide to walk out. Don’t accept the treat. They don’t even touch my mom skin for any treatments. And today I got two bills which charged for treat my mom and blood test lab fee...

image My wife took my five year old son here on the 23rd due to his body being covered in red spots and after being diagnosed with hand, foot, and mouth disease, which only requires children's ibuprofen and tylenol, we were charged $698. The total time of their visit was only 30 minutes. Do not go here as there are much more reasonable options that will not gouge you for such simple treatments and minor medical issues.

image I went there because I was experiencing shortness of breath and had informed the receptionist that I had been diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder the month prior. I informed the receptionist that I have insurance. I filled out the paper work and waited to be seen. I was escorted back and waited for about 15 min., which seemed dreadful bc I already had shortness of breath and had to fight to breathe through a face mask. The Dr. came in asked 3 questions and left. I finally came to the realization that he neither cared about me as a patient nor knew how to at least fake the slightest bit of empathy and concern. I called my primary physician and scheduled an appt while waiting for the ER Dr to return. I eventually left before he did and asked the nurse how much I owed. She replied "nothing", to which I had a feeling was false. Now a month later I receive a bill for close to $900 when I have insurance and nothing was administered to me. I didn't receive any shot, any pill prescription, any antibiotics--not even a glass of water! I will be filing a complaint for these predatory and sneaky practices as well as disputing these charges! The insult to injury is I keep getting Google ads for this ER talking about how they gladly accept my insurance. It's ridiculous to try and take advantage of someone when they are at their most vulnerable. Stay away from these quacks!!

image Thank you Dr Lars T for your follow-up call. I still have 2.5 days left of the AB prescribed and the wound seems to be healing well. My wife helps clean the area 3x a day w hydrogen peroxide. I expect complete recovery before the week is over. My regards to the staff on duty when I checked in. They are as attentive as they are professional.
