Physicians Premier Emergency Room - Clear Lake, TX

I work with kids so Im always getting sick, they make it so easy at Ally. My nurse Val and Lisa were so nice and made sure I had everything I needed. They send you home with a folder with information about your sickness, prescriptions and school and work excuses. They are very nice and make it very easy to be treated. The wait is usually very short and it doesnt take long to get in and out. I came today to get tested for a kidney infection, and Val was such a sweetheart and helped me through my phobia of needles while getting my blood drawn. 10/10 will come again

Ally is amazing! Especially being a teacher, they really help out educators! Its always quick in and out, with clear and concise information. All of the the nurses who have helped with my daughter and I have always been very respectful. The most recent trip was Gul and Val who were very helpful in giving thorough explanations in non-medical terms. Dr. OConnell was punctual, efficient, and clear and as always Claudia at the front desk was very kind. We will always use Ally!

This place is awesome!! Not only are the medical staff on top of their stuff, they are super kind and sweet while taking care of you!! I will not go anywhere else! Dr. OConnell, nurses Sydney and Kristin, and radiology technician Roger were really amazing! Thank you Ally Medical ER!

This ER is very friendly and efficient. There is no excessive wait time and I was seen by the Doctor within 15 minutes.
