One of my best experience! The Front Desk young lady is very professional and friendly and I really appreciated it today. Dr. Flores is Awesome! MY SON EVEN SAID HE REALLY LIKED THE DENTIST AND HIS TEETH!

I called for an emergency appointment for my daughter this morning and was seen this afternoon. The staff were very welcoming, attentive, caring, and professional. The doctor personally came to the waiting area to explain what was going on and the course of treatment. While we were checking out Oscar, the dental assistant, and the receptionist patiently answered our questions and were very pleasant.

My husband was in pain. I made an appointment for Friday February 3rd and he was told that his wisdom tooth needed to be removed due to decayed. They don't do that type of surgical procedure so gave him pain medication and antibiotic. They said they would call him with the facility that can do the surgery. Well this is when the problem started. They never called him back. It was now Monday, still no call from them so he called Castle Dental to find out what date is his surgery and did they even contact the facility. The representative would tell me she will call us back but never did. My husband called Castle Dental again, it's now Wednesday. The representative said he could call and get the information. He called, they said they do only bridge work. My husband called me so I could find out what other facility in the area under our plan will do the surgery. I contact our insurance and they found one. I called Castle Dental to let them know about the first facility they referred him to do not do extraction of wisdom tooth but I have a facility that our insurance gave us that will. To make a long story short, the Castle Dental off I-10 did not send the referral until I got the insurance and new facility involved also, on Thursday for my husbands appointment, Castle Dental was informed that we need his X-RAYS and they never sent them. Summer wood oral & Maxillofacial called for the X-rays. They never sent them, they called again, no one answered. I called for the x-rays and was told by the representative that she was the only one up front and too busy to send by email. I was told the only way to get them is if I leave the office and come pick them up. They put my husband and I through too much and now I'm looking for a new dentist for my family. I do not recommend Castle Dental off I-10 because of the front office help. Some have bad attitudes and that is sad for the dentist because they just lost 3 clients. The dentist are great but they need more representatives in front and retrain the representatives they have on how to assist the customers in a timely manner and be helpful... friendly, it makes a big difference.
