I regret to say that my experience with this dentist's office was deeply disappointing. During my first and second appointment, I encountered various issues that left me feeling disrespected and unsafe. Firstly, the office manager displayed rudeness when questioned about redundant paperwork, and my request to avoid fluoride was repeatedly overlooked. Moreover, my daughter's safety was compromised during her cleaning, as she nearly choked on water due to insufficient assistance. When I raised concerns to the dentist, I was met with dismissiveness and disrespect. The dentist refused to acknowledge my presence and even threatened to discontinue services when I attempted to voice my concerns. This behavior, coupled with the dentist's alarming comment regarding the racial composition of their patients, left me deeply troubled. I will not be returning to this establishment and encourage others, especially those from marginalized communities, to seek support from professionals who prioritize respect and safety for all patients. The doctor's name is Pushpa Patel, D.D.S.She will be reported to licensing.

Karen was great with my autistic son! So amazing and understanding. Absolutely love this office.

Dentist recommended 4 fillings and my son has zero cavities. Will not be returning.
