I really applaud this dentist office and their team. I want to shout out everyone because they are awesome and their customer service skills is definitely what i aspect when i walk into their place of business. They have been nothing but patient with me and my treatment plan and that has kept me at a point to keep returning. Great job team.

I really like coming to see Dr. Lee. He and his staff are very thorough and provide great service. Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable and helped me do a mold of my bite so I could have a retainer made for me to take home. I still have it and I like using it to keep my bite from shifting.
All in all I highly recommend Dr. Lee for anyone looking for a good dentist who is highly professional but with a relatable, personal touch.

The incompetent staff had scheduled an appointment with the wrong dentist.
A friend of mine had recommended Dr. Lee when I was looking for a new dentist, so a month ago I called to make the appointment, in which I was VERY clear I wanted to see Dr. Lee.
Upon entering I encountered a counter employee who was whispering so softly I had to ask 3 times what she was saying...a wrong start.
Then I said I was there as a new patient of Dr. Lee and she gave me paperwork to fill out, this is where she should have noticed their mistake, but she didn't.
It wasn't till I was called back that I realized Dr. Lee wasn't even there that day and that my appointment was with a different dentist.
I finally just walked out, never to return, because the first impression was far below what I had expected.

I am very happy to be the first reviewer here! Don't get it confused seeing so few reviews. Dr. Lee has been in this field since 1974 and has his dental educational background from UT! My mother has been going to him for years and years and I'm super nervous and.. well.. scared of the dentist. My mother suggested him and I never looked back! My anxieties of being at the dentist all fell away with his super professional, caring, and understanding staff! They went the extra mile when it came to making sure I was comfortable and ready to proceed.
Procedures I dreaded became and hour and a half of the faint ring of the drill behind my music in my headphones. My smile turned from my most uncomfortable feature to one of confidence and brilliance! I suggest Dr. Alan J. Lee for the whole family! If he can calm down my enormous fear of dental procedures, I guarantee he'll be great with kids or anyone else in my shoes!

Also for those without insurance, I have heard rumors of a cash discount, although I have dental insurance! Thanks again Dr. Lee!
