      image My review is not based on the actual dentist that work in the office but the front office RECEPTIONIST and their communication skills. My kids and myself had been using this dental office for over 14 years. I have not had any issue with any dentist nor the oral surgeon .It is no where near me these last 11 years but I still drove over 45 minutes to go. The receptionist DO NOT PROPERLY communicate with you, rude , and have NO CUSTOMER service skills. No matter how great of a dentist office you may be your receptionist sets the tone for customers and if their PROFESSIONAL communication skills are NOT there you lose money. UNFORTUNATELY since the passing of Lonnie (office staff) I wouldn't recommend this place . Reception are the first line of communication and if that communication is horrible it sets the tone for someone's whole experience.
