I’ve benefitted from the professional skills of Dr Banarjee since the first day she began on Walnut Bend. She has repeatedly saved and restored my teeth and gums. She exercises attention to detail and skill at reconstructing worn teeth. I believe her to be the finest dentist I have had in my 70 years.

We’ve been going here for decades, when Dr. Morgan sold the practice we decided to give Dr. Banerjee a chance, glad we did! Excellent!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to them 6 months ago for a cleaning and checkup, asked as I was leaving if I owed anything, and was told, "No, you're covered." A few days ago I get a text msg from these people, you have an appt, you'll be charged if you don't show up, please confirm appt. I know for a fact I do not have an appt, I always avoid setting those up 6 months in advance. So I text back, no I do not. So they call and tell me "Oh, our system automatically does that." You set up an appointment without my consent and are threatening to charge me for it? Do you want to schedule one now? Uh, no. And then the dental assistant very casually says that I have a balance of 249 would I like to pay that? When I asked what that is for, she responds: "No, we were never in your network." For the record they were most definitely in my network when I went to them, I had to double and triple check before even signing up for the insurance. I also sent them my insurance information via email. When I went to my appointment specifically asked is this covered? and they said YES. Now I get to spend weeks running around try to speak to my insurance company. Also why is this the first I'm hearing of this MY APPT WAS 6 MONTHS AGO. I need to find a new dentist, RUN don't walk.

My wife and I have been a patient here for 30 years, first with Dr Morgan, and now with Dr Banerjee. Dr Banerjee is deeply committed to the long term dental welfare of her patients and is proactive in ensuring that the right procedures are done in a timely manner to positively affect the longevity of our teeth. When I visit this office, the dentist doesn't just focus on that day's cleaning or procedure, but she has a multi year plan to keep our teeth and gums healthy for years in advance. She also promotes healthy brushing, flossing, gum stimulation, and night guard habits. I feel that my long term dental health is well taken care of by Dr Banerjee. The office also invests in the latest technology. As proof of our commitment to this dentist, my wife and I have been commuting to her office from our Los Angeles home for several years now, and will continue to do so.
