        This office does not fully inform patients of protocol or procedures. Authorization is not done for patients, nor is consent given or requested for to send your information, or blood work to third party companies. The receptionist Jazmine also says “it has been too long we don’t remember what we told you” They require additional charges outside of your copay for any work and add additional ICD-10 codes so they can charge your insurance more. Beware if I could give 0 stars I would!!!

        I've been going here eleven years and it has been one of the best clinics I've ever went to. The doctors and their staff are all really professional wonderful people. And the best part you dont have to wait for hours to seek medical treatment. I strongly recommend!
