Unfortunately experience was not good. Front desk very disorganized, staff uneducated with prices. Hopefully they train staff better soon.

PLEASE BE AWARE DR.SHEHATA IS GREAT BUT HIS STAFF ON THE OTHER HAND NOT SO FRIENDLY MATTER OF FACT VERY RUDE TO SAY THE LEAST THEY HANG UP ON YOU GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND DOESNT RETURN CALLS SCHEDULED ME A FALSE TELE APPOINTMENT TO GET ME OFF THE PHONE AND THE DOCTOR NEVER CALLED. ITS REALLY SAD HOW IRENE TREATS DR.SHEHATA PATIENTS. IF YOU WANT GOOD COMMUNICATION AND PROFESSIONALISM THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU .

They are only getting 1 star because the doctor is ok, the staff is terrible I work in the medical field also and I would lose my job if we did not reply to a patient with in 24 hours. I have went 3 days trying to reach the doctor and his staff have giving me the run around. I now have to go to the ER / ED to get a minor issues addressed because it cant wait until Monday. This is ridiculous. I am so disappointed in the medical people that we have now

Patty have been very helpful with assistanting me and directing my call whenever I have a concern. Its Rosa for me. I guess she is like a pharmacy tech or MA that suppose to assist you with meds fill or concern. She is rude, unprofessional, ill mannered and dont listen. I had to call twice about medication. When calling back second time she quickly interrupted me to remind me that I already called concerning meds. When she finished I told her well im calling back bc my pharmacy STILL haven't received all the meds on my discharge papers that Dr. Shehata prescribed me. Well due to her ignorance behavior I still didn't get my meds sent. She told me to take what I have smh Wow. I just hung up and called the hospital nurse coordinator to assist me. She had pharmacy to push it through since it was on my discharge orders. Everyone doesn't have a compassion to be in the medical field to help others. Rosa surely don't
