Fire Wings Mission Bend

I come here frequently but have stopped recently due to the inconsistencies. Ive placed an order to go and paid for it online and then come to pick up and they have no record of the order. This time i called before coming to see what time the kitchen closes around 9:30pm when the location closes at 10pm. I was told to come in by 9:40pm and that i could still be serviced. I make it by 9:40pm and was told the kitchen had already started closing and that i wouldnt be serviced REGARDLESS of what i was just informed of a matter of 10 mins before. The one star is not for the food but more so the service. Very disappointing and Im probably not gonna be back.

Horrible experience. I had a simple order. Beyond tenders combo, plain, with sauce on the side. I made sure to repeat myself that I didnt want it mixed in. After waiting 25 minutes, she tells me that they mixed in the sauce on accident. Seeing that the place was getting busy and this employee was getting stressed out, I said its fine. And I took my order as I didnt wanna wait another 25 minutes. After I drove away and tried it, I did not like it with the sauce mixed in. I just couldnt eat it. So I called up the restaurant and no one picked up. I ended up driving back and telling her that I need a new order with the sauce on the side as this is just not what I asked for. I didnt like it at all. She said sorry, store policy is we cant change it or refund it if you dont like the sauce. I said yeah but this wasnt my mistake. I asked for sauce on the side. Then she says yeah well I told you they mixed it in. I said well I dont like it and its not my mistake. She agreed to change it for me. She told me to keep the other order as they wont be giving me anything else, just the tenders. Waited another 20+ mins for a new order. Went back to my car to find out it wasnt even the beyond tenders. It was chicken. I checked the previous order and it turned out to be chicken as well. I felt so disgusted and honestly I wasnt in the mood to go back in again and have another argument so I just left it at that. Ended up throwing away the food because I couldnt eat it. I went to another restaurant nearby and ordered something else. Really disappointed since I love this place and Ive been here several times before but never experienced anything like that before.
