Place is always slow but somehow the food is always made wrong regardless if I order in person or on the app I order online order wrong I come in and they say they dont remember the order I just order online Im showing u it and u still dont believe it

I called the wingstop location and the tempepatient and attempt to place an order and was told that I was unable to place an order for a chicken sandwich over the phone so I will be required to place the order online online. When I attempt to place the order online I submitted the order and received an error message and found that the website Did not place my order And my checking account was debited for the full amount of my Order. When I called the location to advise them of my experience, the person who answered placed on hold for over 30 minutes and no one ever came to the line. I then went to the store And then attempt to speak with the manager And the employees make fun of me. This was a terrible customer Service experience. The manager's name was Tony Tran. Then he dropped insult me by saying I was using a cash app card or PayPal prepaid card. 1st of all I have credit and money so that's for People who make bad decisions in life.
