The staff at this location were very helpful in getting me service today.
Update: I had my worst experience with T-Mobile at this location. The employee Taz , refused to give me an offer that was promised to me when I first got my number at the same location 2 weeks ago. He said NO way we can do that and ask me to pay $50. I called customer service after my visit and they solved the problem within 2 minutes. Its sad to say physically location refusing to provide basic customer service.

Just switched from ATT to T-Mobile this month... What a great move! Thalia at the Vintage location was so helpful and knowledgeable! Everyone knows that changing providers can be daunting but she made it easy and smooth... Thanks so much Thalia! Great service with a smile!!

the worst T-Mobile store I ever went to. I called and was put on hold for 15 minutes which gave me time to make it to the store. She was supposed to be checking to see if it was in stock. I made it to the store and she still never checked. I waited another 5 minutes before being put on a waiting list the only thing I needed to check if a screen protector was in stock waited another 5-minute before walk out the store. I decided to go back in to ask if she even check. She never check at all. I was told they had it then few minutes later she realized it wasn't the right one. I rather just go to Willowbrook store. The only reason went to this store because it was out of stock.
