Repaired my daughters ipad mini in no time! The week of Christmas which I didn't think was possible I brought it in and picked it up 2 hrs later and it looks just like it did when I first bought it. I wouldn't trust anyone else. UPDATE: I forgot to update my review. After leaving the store about two or three days later my daughter noticed the top corner of her screen was coming loose. About a week after that the iPad button fell in! I was soo disappointed because I signed a waiver saying I was happy with the repair and there wouldn’t be any repair warranty :( I just had to take it elsewhere and pay once again to have it repaired.

SUper quick! Dropped my phone off abt an hr before they closed and they had it back to me earlier than their close time! Super friendly service as well! No complaints coming from someone who gets their phone screen repaired pretty often :))

I picked this store based on its high reviews and was left disappointed and feeling like I'd totally wasted my money with them. Details don't really matter- I imagine I had a request outside their capabilities (I'm gonna assume that's mostly screen and battery replacement). They were supposed to contact a phone number I had left with them. A day goes by and I pop in, it's been done and sitting. No contact. Frustrating but not the end of the world, it's a relatively minor systems breakdown. Where I was profoundly disappointed and left feeling cheated was in the complete lack of documentation or customer care for my device. They could not tell me who had worked on my device, what they had attempted to do to recover my data, what other steps I could possibly take. For all I know I paid $50 for somebody to pry it open and call it a day. I distinctly and repeatedly asked to be contacted about this after picking up my device and no attempt at communication was made. Given these other glowing reviews I have no idea where things broke down but I wasted my time and money with these guys.
