        Came to T-Mobile to get a new phone for me and my brother and the guy named Jimmy was helping and we were asking questions so that we could understand correctly and get the best plan but he was not explaining it correctly and when I came to ask another question he got upset and gave me an attitude, he did not explain anything right nor did he speak correctly. Jimmy Neutron needs to get it together and be polite to his customers.
