Horrible customer service. Talk about a place where you go and no one is eager to help you, and you, the customer, feel like you are interrupting their day by coming in for service. Was 2 young employees in this past Saturday and no customers, no answers to why my phone wasn't working when ported over... Response "Call At&t and T-mobile", while standing in a T-mobile store. I would NEVER recommend anyone to this location with the horrible customer service that is rendered. Went 3 days without service because the employees could and would not lift a finger to help. Wonderful.

TERRIBLE. This place is terrible. Rethink where you go pick a different t mobile store they have no customer service . We had to wait 45 minutes only to argue with the store owner because we were not "available" for that thing even though we were told we were allowed to. We went there 10 times they always make us leave bad about our experience. Like I said, rethink your choices.

Absolutely love the custom service they have in this store (west & belt way 8) really helpful & give offers of whats best for you !! Truly recommend to go to if youre planning to switch !! Ask for Maria Lira she really helped us & love the services she proved for us

I have never been disappointed by TMoblie services. The rates stay the same. When I had a reception issue two years ago, it was resolved within four days. I live in an RV and just connected the new Gateway home WiFi systemno extra wires or technicians that had to be scheduled!
